System Quality Assurance Specialist

As a quality assurance specialist, your primary focus will be to guarantee the flawless operation of our banking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate the system's various modules, including CMS, FAS, and TRAMS.
  • Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
  • Maintain execution logs and collaborate with development and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to automate testing using tools like JIRA/ALM.
  • Analyze and resolve defects efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience with similar systems and familiarity with core functionalities such as account opening, authorization, transaction posting, statements, minimum due calculation, fees, service charges, loans, interest, disputes, and delinquency.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with automation tools is an added advantage.
