Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in supporting our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance within the BFSI domain, specifically in compliance-related processes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular audits of AML/KYC cases to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • They will identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintenance of high-quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) is also expected.
  • The specialist will collaborate with the operations and training teams to conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.
  • Active participation in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders is mandatory.
  • Updating quality control checklists and SOPs as per evolving guidelines is essential.
  • Supporting new hire training and refresher training sessions related to compliance quality standards is required.
  • Staying updated on the latest AML/KYC regulations, global compliance practices, and quality frameworks is crucial.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of total experience in a BPO or financial services environment
  • At least 2 years of documented experience as a Quality Analyst in an AML/KYC process
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
  • Proficiency in quality audit tools, MS Excel, and report generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Work Conditions:

  • Location: Pune (candidates should be open to working from the office)
  • Shifts: As per business requirements (may include rotational shifts)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
