Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and release management of SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring seamless integration of new releases and updates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Release Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage release schedules aligning with project timelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with system changes.
  • Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of SAP S/4HANA releases, safely migrating changes into production while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
  • System Maintenance: Support and maintain the SAP system landscape, including installation, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Change and Risk Management: Implement and manage release management processes for SAP configuration and code through all environments, ensuring that changes are properly tested and validated before deployment.
  • Testing Coordination: Validate release readiness, ensuring quality standards before deployment. This includes collaborating with testing teams to develop test plans and conduct thorough testing.
  • Cutover Planning: Finalize cutover plans with detailed runbooks and perform mock cutovers before go-live, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
  • Hypercare Support: Collaborate closely with Digital Technology and Business Teams to provide ongoing support and maintenance to the SAP system, ensuring stability and efficiency.

This role is critical in ensuring SAP S/4HANA system stability and efficiency, requiring technical expertise and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role.
