Senior Release Manager Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Release Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the release process of our AI product on Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex release cycles.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate the release process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the release cycle.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that may impact the release timeline or quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and consistency across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Google Cloud technologies, including GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, and Cloud Build.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
