Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and track interactions for follow-up opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Nimbly convert leads into profitable opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Deliver superior after-sales support to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed reports on daily/weekly call logs, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in tele-calling or customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, fluency in English and regional languages.
  • Superior listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented individual capable of meeting performance targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
  • Customer-centric attitude and positive approach.
