
Client Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound and respond to inbound calls to cultivate leads and foster enduring connections with clients.
- Accurately communicate company products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and track interactions for follow-up opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Nimbly convert leads into profitable opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Deliver superior after-sales support to strengthen client loyalty.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily/weekly call logs, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in tele-calling or customer relationship management.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, fluency in English and regional languages.
- Superior listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented individual capable of meeting performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
- Customer-centric attitude and positive approach.
