As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module.

Oracle Cloud HCM is the backbone of our benefits administration, ensuring seamless integration of processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing complex systems and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

We are seeking an expert who can lead the implementation of the Benefits module, working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Benefits Administration Expertise: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Technical Solution Development: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Certification (Preferred): Oracle certification preferred but not required.
