Senior NetSuite Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Implementation Manager to lead our end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful NetSuite implementations, with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing system design and configuration, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects
  • Develop and implement system design and configuration
  • Manage cross-functional teams
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations
  • Serve as the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills
