Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team as a PSA Implementation Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about configuring and customizing PSA systems to meet the unique needs of businesses.

As a PSA Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Certinia PSA to align with business requirements. You will also design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to your technical skills, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Your expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules, strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
  • Workflow Automation: Proven expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
