
Business Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to lead, inspire, and drive performance across our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, creating employee development plans, fostering a culture of engagement and productivity, and maintaining strong team morale.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure that all performance KPIs and business targets are consistently achieved through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor individual and team performance, analyze gaps, and implement effective strategies for improvement by leveraging data-driven insights and analytical tools.
- Develop and execute personalized performance improvement plans to help employees reach their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication, conducting regular check-ins, and encouraging professional growth and development opportunities.
- Build trust and rapport with team members by actively engaging with them at their workstations and through one-on-one conversations, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Identify employee strengths and areas for improvement, and assign tasks that support their development and growth, aligning with company objectives and goals.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning, driving innovation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to support training initiatives and staff development programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management, along with data-driven recommendations to drive business decisions and growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and quality assurance protocols, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Proven experience in a service delivery or team leadership role, preferably in a performance-driven environment, with a track record of success in driving business results and improving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve their highest potential.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and strategic mindset, able to develop innovative solutions and drive process improvements.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and performance data, using analytical tools and techniques to drive business insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop individuals and manage team dynamics, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with relevant certifications or training in leadership, coaching, or project management.
