Microdrama Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive leader to join our core team.

- Plan and manage detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and timelines.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure readiness before shoot days.
- Lead on-set operations, maintaining discipline and efficiency.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure every shot, sequence, and scene is delivered as per plan and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading on-set operations and ensuring that all aspects of the production run smoothly. This includes managing detailed shoot schedules, coordinating between departments, and handling last-minute changes.
Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as an Assistant Director or Chief AD in films, web series, TV, or branded shoots.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Firm yet approachable personality.
Availability for full-time, in-house work.
