Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of stock market professionals to achieve performance targets.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.
  • Setting clear performance goals and objectives for team members.
  • Monitoring team performance through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implementing strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Staying updated with the latest market trends, tools, and best practices, and sharing this knowledge with the team.
  • Encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and market trends to senior management.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Outbound sales process, stock market or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of stock market operations and financial instruments.
  • Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
