Key Role: Rural Market Growth Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the expansion of our loan and cross-sell products in rural and semi-urban markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy to increase distribution and market share of loan and cross-sell products in targeted regions.
  • Promote penetration of loan and cross-sell products among rural and semi-urban customers.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor sales quality and ensure compliance with established sales processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance visibility and accountability using tools like QR codes and digital platforms.
  • Define market coverage areas, sales goals, and geographical territories for field teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in lending, preferably with expertise in digital loans, personal loans, and merchant loans.
  • Proven track record in driving product distribution and managing sales teams within the lending industry.
  • Experience in digital lending platforms and technology-driven sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
