**Job Summary:**

As a General Manager, you will lead and manage sales, service, and operations for a retail business in a defined geography. This role requires driving productivity and profitability of retail stores and outlets in the area.

**Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in handling teams and must have a strong background in retail management and operations. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Retail Management or Operations is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail leads, ensuring that they are equipped to drive revenue metrics such as post-paid gross adds, quality of acquisition measured through T4M to T6M, base upgrade revenue, and other key performance indicators.

**Leadership Skills:**

The General Manager will also be responsible for driving channel profitability by building store-level productivity, line item-wise revenue visibility, and driving additional revenue through alliances for all formats. Additionally, they will focus on talent retention and management, driving organizational beliefs of Diversity & Inclusion and HSW in full spirit.
