Software Licensing Specialist Senior Role

This esteemed position entails serving as a high-level liaison between clients and sales teams, ensuring seamless software licensing experiences. As a seasoned expert, you will:

  • Bear full responsibility for client contracts, including crafting meticulous T-36 plans and devising comparable strategies.
  • Create and present comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews to client executives, detailing their investments in Microsoft products and services.
  • Aid in the closure of specific business opportunities, guaranteeing timely completion and optimal results.
  • Identify potential business opportunities during client conference calls, upsell when applicable, and collaborate with Client Executives on lead opportunities provided by manufacturers.
  • Provide up-to-date information regarding ongoing opportunities across all supported products, ensuring transparent communication with management.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a reputable institution or 3+ years of experience in product knowledge or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications:
  • Mandatory possession of Certified Microsoft Partner Commercial Executive (P-CE) certification or willingness to attain it.
  • Ongoing professional development around various supported product programs, such as achieving Microsoft Certified in Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals.
  • Licensing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs is essential.
  • Information Management: Ability to retain and utilize large amounts of licensing and process information effectively.
