We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Solar Energy Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of solar power projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and define timelines to ensure smooth project progression.
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for seamless execution.
  • Installation Supervision and Quality Control:
    • Oversee on-site installation activities of solar systems, ensuring all work is completed as per design and within defined project timelines.
    • Inspect system components, verify installations adhere to technical drawings and quality standards, and maintain HSE standards during all stages of project execution.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Monitor delivery and storage of project materials for quality and quantity, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and electrical regulations.
    • Maintain and manage documentation required for regulatory and project compliance, including installation checklists, quality reports, and commissioning reports.
  • Plant Testing and Performance Monitoring:
    • Conduct system testing and commissioning of the solar plant, verifying performance metrics and resolving underperformance issues.
    • Collaborate with the performance monitoring team for handover and reporting.
  • Site Surveys and Reporting:
    • Conduct pre-sales site surveys to assess technical feasibility, preparing site survey reports and sharing insights with the design and BD teams.
    • Perform detailed post-sales site surveys for execution planning, assisting in preparation of execution-level drawings and reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in solar project execution (rooftop or ground-mounted).
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and site safety protocols.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using basic electrical testing tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to manage teams and vendors.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in handling projects under various subsidy or net-metering regimes.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel for project scheduling and reporting.
