Job Overview

This role is designed for a highly skilled professional with experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong background in engineering or technical support. They should be familiar with CRM tools and MS Office, and have knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting sales, design, and customer service teams while reporting to the Construction Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers, troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Handle and log all technical calls and emails, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  3. Perform installation quality checks and collect installer feedback, providing valuable insights to improve processes.
  4. Maintain accurate records in CRM and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests, escalating critical issues when necessary.
  5. Track post-installation smart meter applications, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy preferred.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer background.
  • Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office.
  • Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
