Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in customer service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In-depth understanding of customer service operations and key performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage changing business needs effectively.
  • Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English
