We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Customer Service team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling customer complaints and escalations.

- A strong track record of success in customer service is essential, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.\
- The role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop plans to achieve these goals.\
- Experience in managing budgets and resources is desirable, but not essential.\
- A degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not essential.\
- Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.\
- Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.\
- The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical insurance, pension scheme and annual leave.\
- This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 2 years' commitment.\
