Job Title: Tele Caller Lead Generator
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate interest in products or services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support, resolving issues or complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
