Strategic Client Growth Specialist

A seasoned Senior Account Manager is needed to drive business expansion, establish delivery processes, and ensure consultant placements month over month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Secure new direct clients, MSPs, and vendor partners in the IT staffing space.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and presentations to win new business.
  • Account Management & Delivery: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring successful engagement and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver multiple placements per month and scale up as business grows.
  • Company Building: Help establish sales processes, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT staffing (business development, account management, or client acquisition).
  • Established network of direct client and vendor relationships in the market.
  • Experience in startup or early-stage staffing firms is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and H-1B models and U.S. staffing compliance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who can build and execute with minimal direction.
