Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

**Job Summary:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business analysis and strategy development. Ensure alignment with product goals through effective project management.

  • Capture customer needs and preferences to define business processes and product requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish scope and value for new developments, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Support the integration of systems, guaranteeing non-functional requirements are met in the Product Backlog.

**Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Foster collaboration with UX experts to align technical requirements with User Experience designs.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and passion for tackling complex challenges in drug discovery with technology.
  • Proven experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling confident interaction with senior leadership.
  • Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms, showcasing thought leadership.
