Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality in all reporting outputs.
  • Automate and optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, information systems or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
