About the RoleSeeking an experienced research professional with expertise in market analysis and recruitment intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with non-IT clients and leveraging job platforms to identify business opportunities in the US staffing and recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic research initiatives to identify client job openings and market trends across the US.
- Utilize multiple job platforms to source client information, job postings, and hiring patterns.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to present actionable insights and drive business development.
- Provide detailed client research reports to support recruitment strategies.
- Mentor junior analysts in best practices for research and data management.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Research Analyst, Market Research Specialist, or similar role in staffing/recruitment (US focus preferred).
- Strong exposure to non-IT recruitment markets in the US.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of major job boards.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
