Therapy Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to promote our products and drive business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales targets by promoting our products ethically to customers as per the business plan.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting our products to customers as per the business plan.
  • Organize promotional events and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Facilitate the process of successful new product launch and ensure effective market penetration.
  • Create and update customer lists as per the therapy and product of the division.
  • Ensure effective adoption of technology solutions as per division norms and adherence to client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • BSc/ B. Pharm or Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of prior experience in sales or business development.
  • Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages.
