Job Overview


Your responsibilities will encompass providing support at the India site within Discovery Sciences, focusing on small molecule lead identification and optimization in collaboration with US and Swiss colleagues as well as Indian Contract Research Organizations. This entails discovering and advancing innovative therapies addressing areas of unmet medical need.

You will make significant contributions to multidisciplinary project teams by developing and implementing in vitro activity assays including biochemical cell-based and biophysical assays. You will establish advanced assay protocols at Contract Research Organizations adapting from internal SOPs or relevant literature sources. Additionally you will oversee critical path activities such as planning execution and reporting to ensure timely delivery of projects.
