Senior Data Science Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in building and deploying AI/ML solutions for real-world business challenges.

This role will involve working on cutting-edge Generative AI, predictive modeling, NLP, and recommendation systems to drive innovation at scale.

  • Design, build & validate robust, scalable ML/DL models.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques for actionable insights.
  • Lead projects in Generative AI & LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & business teams.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and review model/code quality.
  • Stay ahead with the latest AI research & translate into production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Design, build & validate robust, scalable ML/DL models.
  • Statistical Techniques: Apply advanced statistical techniques for actionable insights.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects in Generative AI & LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & business teams.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and review model/code quality.
  • Research & Development: Stay ahead with the latest AI research & translate into production-grade solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Statistics & Probability: Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
  • Machine Learning Algorithms: Expertise in ML algorithms (SVMs, decision trees, neural networks, clustering, NLP).
  • Deep Learning Architectures: Proficiency in deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, LSTM).
  • Programming Languages: Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace.
  • Cloud Computing: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), ML pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes experience.
  • Generative AI & LLMs: Generative AI & LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, embeddings, VAEs, GANs).
