We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our team. As a key member of the therapy department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Therapy services to residents.

About the Role:
  • Your primary focus will be on implementing comprehensive Therapy plans, including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy & Respiratory Therapy.
  • You will work closely with the Head – Therapy to ensure seamless delivery of Therapy services, coordinating care plans, schedules, milestones, and recovery reports.
  • An additional aspect of your role will involve developing and implementing revenue-generating initiatives through out-of-package services, Professional Development Coaching (PDC), virtual rehabilitation care, and rehabilitation aids.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant field (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy)
  • Current licensure/certification as required by the state/province
  • Proven experience in Therapy delivery, preferably in a similar setting
