  • Set clear goals, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching and performance feedback to team members.">
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead campaigns across channels including email, cold calling, and LinkedIn.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging and content.">
  • Own and optimize the lead qualification process and handoff to sales.">
  • Account Mapping & Market Intelligence: Guide account mapping to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.">
  • Use data and market research to shape campaign focus and outreach.">
  • Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact: Align closely with sales teams on goals, targets, and account strategies.">
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, and report insights to leadership.">
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new tactics, tools, and channels to improve campaign efficiency.">
  • Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future efforts.">
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.">

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in demand/lead generation or sales development, ideally within the US healthcare tech market.">
  • Proven success in managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.">
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channels.">
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).">
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.">
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.">
