Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels, focusing on lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target segments.
  • Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with prospective customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows and maintain contact databases for efficient follow-up and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of leads and provide necessary support through the sales funnel.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to implement in our demand generation efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on the accounting industry.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and contribute to sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEM.
