Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

At ADP, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our volume hiring efforts in the Hyderabad location.

  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand their strategy and talent needs is key.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • Developing overall talent strategies, including determining the number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the company.
  • Working on talent strategy design, planning, acquisition, headcount budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from board approval to onboarding.
  • Driving special projects and initiatives.
  • Ensuring all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are adhered to.
  • Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs and advising on risk while working closely with leadership.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
