The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the recruitment strategy and execution for the organization. This encompasses sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business units.
This position will focus on ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with department heads, HR teams, and external partners to meet the company's staffing needs and align hiring practices with business objectives.
The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will possess exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as improving the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.
