Job Title: International Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior-level international student recruitment specialist.

This position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling.

The successful candidate will manage the admission process for students seeking study opportunities abroad, working closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead a team of coaches/country counselors, ensuring monthly/yearly targets are achieved.

• Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.

• Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.

• Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.

• Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.

Qualification and Skills:

• Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling

• In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations

• Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 6 days working

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience

• Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet monthly/yearly targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
