European Visa Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end student visa filing processes for European countries. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

The role involves verifying all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements. Additionally, scheduling VFS appointments, coordinating with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures, staying up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries, filling out university applications on behalf of students, maintaining and managing individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines, and communicating professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire student visa filing process for European countries, including Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Cyprus, and others.
  • Verify all visa-related documents carefully to ensure precision and compliance with embassy/VFS demands.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding essential documents and procedures.
  • Stay current with evolving embassy regulations and immigration policies for EU nations.
  • Prepare university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Maintain and supervise individual student files, monitoring application progress and visa processing timetables.
  • Foster effective communication with students, universities, and consulates as required.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong understanding of VFS processes, embassy regulations, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and capacity to handle numerous student files concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
