About the Role:

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in overseeing student recruitment managers across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, managing teams, and implementing strategic plans to achieve regional recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of student recruitment managers across multiple regions.
  • Set clear performance goals and ensure achievement of individual and regional KPIs.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews, training, and coaching to drive performance and capability.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's global objectives.
  • Analyse regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the development and expansion of agent networks.
  • Ensure consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and market presence through partnerships with university partners.
  • Establish seamless communication flow between regional teams and central teams.
  • Drive results against agreed student recruitment targets.
  • Regularly monitor and report on team and regional performance, identifying risks and corrective actions.
  • Establish best practices for efficient operations and effective recruitment activities.
  • Represent the organization at regional and international events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Promote the organization's value proposition to agents, students, and partners.
  • Support in developing and delivering presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
