The Driver Operations Specialist will drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining healthy supply in cities
  • Conducting customer satisfaction and driver research activities
  • Supporting cross-functional teams including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams
  • Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions
  • Conducting market share analysis and creating plans to improve our footprint in the market
  • Searching, hiring, and retaining offline and online recruiters
  • Building relationships with local authorities for effective supply management
  • Developing strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Taking ownership of new projects and initiatives to drive brand name in the market
  • Identifying supply gaps within different areas and establishing new channels of acquisition

This role requires leadership skills, grittiness, and ability to tackle hands-on challenges. Additionally, it demands strong analytical and qualitative skills with data-driven decision-making, excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment, and startup experience.
