Job Description

This is a critical leadership role responsible for implementing and executing Supply Chain Management strategies in a designated geographical area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the Logistics industry. They will be able to coordinate closely with Customs House Agents and shipping lines to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely shipping documentation.

Key performance indicators are aligned with financial and operational targets defined by global customers. The successful candidate will be able to monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Export Shipment Management for ocean Full Container Load (FCL) and Air mode.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of export shipments, including container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plans, export documentation, RFID sealing, customs clearance, and container inward at port without demurrage charges.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on shipping timelines and documentation needs for domestic intra-company movements.

Prepare and submit required Management Information Systems/Daily Shipping Reports to stakeholders as per fixed schedules without errors.

Team Support & Process Improvement

Train and support junior team members as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills: Microsoft Excel, Power BI

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field

Experience: Supply Chain Management background with a proper understanding of international supply chains
