Supply Chain Leader for Hardware Operations

As a Supply Chain Executive with expertise in Hardware Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination across personnel, processes, and partners to deliver operational excellence.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end supply chain operations, liaising with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure satisfaction, and planning and tracking shipments based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the entire supply chain process from sourcing to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
  • Develop and implement effective shipment planning and tracking processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and PO processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • MBA in Operations preferred.
  • Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
