Supply Chain Replenishment Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Replenishment Manager to oversee the replenishment framework for pharmacies across various geographies. This role will focus on designing and refining replenishment models, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve availability and reduce waste.

About the Role

This position is responsible for creating replenishment norms and guidelines, as well as developing and maintaining assortment management strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align replenishment strategies with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain replenishment frameworks, stocking norms, and safety stock levels for each pharmacy based on sales velocity and product criticality.
  • Analyze pharmacy sales, consumption, and stock movement data to create replenishment models and forecast requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights to country supply chain and operations teams to improve availability and reduce waste.
  • Design and implement effective data analytics and insights systems to support replenishment decision-making.
  • Maintain adherence of local distribution teams to defined replenishment norms and highlight exceptions (stock-outs, excess stock, expiries) for corrective action.
Requirements:
  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory modeling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/Power BI (SQL/Python/R a plus).
  • Understanding of pharma retail compliance (expiry, batch management, FEFO) desirable.
