Supply Chain Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. As a Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
  • Implement digital tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for better tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
