Job Title: SCM and Supply Chain Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SCM and Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-value services to clients, leveraging your expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain outsourcing engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements. They will also have a good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across various industries and experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.

  • Conduct thorough assessments with customers to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
  • Develop compelling proposals, articulate value-driven solutions, and lead solution defense discussions with confidence.
  • Prepare detailed estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and provide support during transition to steady state.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
