Oracle Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) processes, encompassing demand forecasting and planning measure management.

• Support demand planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
• Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures, and optimize supply chain operations.
• Support supply planning processes like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and constrained/unconstrained planning.
• Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) reports to drive business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end planning integrated business cycles, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
• Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, supply/demand reconciliation issues, and more.
• Execute quarterly patch testing and validations, ensuring system integrity and stability.
• Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to demand planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
• Perform initial assessments of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal, and external systems.
• Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams or on-calls for prompt resolution.
• Document and categorize supply planning processes, including MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
• Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
• Monitor and coordinate support for end-to-end planning integrated business cycles.
• Manage incident tickets related to supporting E2E Oracle SCP.
• Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs to ensure system readiness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Proficiency in data collections and integration between systems, including Fusion and internal systems.
• Knowledge of MRP and planning processes, with the ability to optimize supply chain operations.
• Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting, with a focus on extracting insights and driving business decisions.
• Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles, with the ability to lead end-to-end planning initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex planning issues.
• Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes, ensuring system integrity and stability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude with data models, BIP, and system integration (REST APIs, etc.), with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to extract insights and drive business decisions.
