About the Job

This is a high-level position responsible for leading the acquisition and management of industrial real estate assets across India.

  • Lead complex projects to identify, evaluate, and structure real estate acquisitions in line with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions.
  • Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management reviews.
  • Monitor asset performance, oversee key asset management functions, and drive value creation through data-driven insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to lead complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to develop insights and solve complex financial and operational problems.
