Real Estate Fund Raising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute strategies for raising capital for real estate investment projects in India.
This key role will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing proposals to attract investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, investor relations, market research, proposal development, networking, collaboration, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience

- Proven track record in real estate fund raising is essential
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Ambitious personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial analysis and modeling
