Proposal Specialist

As a seasoned Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and submission of high-quality proposals for government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive proposal strategies that align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and engage subject matter experts and other resources as needed.
  • Lead the creation of all proposal components, including technical, management, pricing, and past performance sections.
  • Ensure strict compliance with solicitation requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
  • Review and refine proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate proposal reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present proposal progress, status, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in federal government proposal writing (Healthcare industry preferred).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proposal management software tools.
