Proposal Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.

Job Description:

  • Crafting comprehensive proposals that meet the needs of clients in the US Federal Government Contracting space.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and practice teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies for success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing, preferably in an IT services or staffing company.
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting, including contract vehicles, GWACs, GSA Platform, and IDIQs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in proposal writing, with a strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
