Job Title: US Federal Proposal Manager

Location: Onsite - JNTU, Hyderabad, India

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Federal Proposal Manager to lead our proposal development efforts for federal government contracts in the United States. This role is critical to managing the entire proposal process, ensuring compliance with government solicitations, and crafting compelling bids that align with Intelix Systems' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and submission of high-quality proposals for U.S. federal government contracts.
  • Manage all aspects of the proposal process, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, writing, and reviewing.
  • Lead a team of proposal writers and bid analysts in our India office, ensuring cohesive and collaborative efforts.
  • Analyze U.S. government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) to ensure thorough understanding and compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business development, technical experts, and subcontractors, to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
  • Develop and maintain a proposal calendar, track progress, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, compliance, and a compelling value proposition.
  • Facilitate proposal review sessions and incorporate feedback to refine and improve proposals.
  • Maintain and update a repository of proposal templates, standard responses, and key documents to streamline the proposal process.
  • Stay updated on U.S. federal procurement policies and trends to enhance proposal quality and increase success rates.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years in Federal Proposal writing and 2 years as Proposal Manager, specifically within the U.S. federal government sector.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. federal procurement process and familiarity with regulations such as FAR.
  • Proven track record of managing and winning U.S. federal government proposals.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
