Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Proposal Developer to lead the development of compelling proposals for IT-focused projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching requirements, developing win themes, and writing proposal content that showcases our expertise and drives business results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive proposals that meet client needs and showcase our expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop winning bid strategies.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure we remain competitive.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal development/writing in U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with proposal software and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT-specific tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
