Job Title: Proposal Manager

Overview of the Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional leadership and proposal management skills. This includes identifying federal RFP solicitations, developing high-quality proposals, and collaborating across teams to deliver successful proposals.

Key Responsibilities of the Job Description Include:

1. Reviewing federal RFP/Solicitations and RFIs in detail to identify key requirements.
2. Developing compliant proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) solicitations, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Quote (RFQ).
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a proposal solution that meets customer needs.
4. Creating proposal templates and developing all aspects of proposal development, including executive summaries, technical sections, and cost-pricing.
5. Scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings and stage gate reviews, leading storyboarding sessions, and coordinating proposal governance and sign-off.
6. Ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and collaborating with teams to achieve project goals.
