Senior Federal Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to play a key role in shaping our federal growth strategy by developing compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US government RFPs, reviewing, interpreting, and responding to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations, writing and editing proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant with federal regulations, collaborating with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs and create winning proposals, creating and maintaining compliance matrices to ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements, managing the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
- At least 3 years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
- A strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
