Senior Proposal Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Developer to lead the development of high-quality proposals for federal government contracts.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in proposal writing, management, and coordination to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex proposal initiatives from inception to submission, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements and develop tailored proposal strategies that meet those needs.
  • Recruit and engage subject matter experts and other resources as needed to create high-quality proposal content and solutions.
  • Oversee the development of all proposal components, including technical, management, pricing, and past performance sections.
  • Maintain strict compliance with solicitation requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
  • Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead proposal reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presentation of proposal progress, status, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of proposal development activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Federal Proposal Writing, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
